“Seven Gates of Jerusalem” nominated to Emmy International 2009
Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (US) nominated the televised music special “Seven Gates of Jerusalem” produced by TVP 2 as the recording of the concert conducted as part of Krzysztof Penderecki Festival, in the category arts programming. The event took place on 23rd November 2008 in the Teatr Wielki – Polish National Opera, and was the finale of the few-day-long festival celebrating the 75th birthday of the composer. Krzysztof Penderecki in the Czartoryski Museum in Puławy
On 6th October, Maestro Krzysztof Penderecki will conduct Beethoven Academy Orchestra during the official opening of a new branch of the Nadwiślańskie Museum: Czartoryski Museum in Puławy. Exhibits leased especially for that purpose by the Princes Czartoryski
