Master craftsman
On 20 December, Krzysztof Penderecki will be granted the honorary title of Master from the Lower Silesian Chamber of Craft. Penderecki will be the fourth person to receive this honorary distinction from the Lower Silesian Chamber of Craft after Cardinal Henryk Gulbinowicz, Tadeusz Różewicz and Prof. Alicja Chybicka.

Penderecki in Graz
On 29 and 30 November, Maestro Krzysztof Penderecki will conduct concerts in Graz, Austria. The concerts, with the participation of an outstanding young cellist Danjulo Ishizaka and the Philharmonic Orchestra will take place at the Stephaniensaal in Graz. The programme includes works by Krzysztof Penderecki: Polymorphia and Cello Concerto No. 2 as well as Antonín Dvořák’s Symphony No. 7 in D minor, Op. 70.
