Kaddish in Wrocław
Krzysztof Penderecki’s Kaddish, a piece composed in observance of the 60th anniversary of the liquidation of the Łódź Ghetto, will be performed in Wrocław’s Pod Białym Bocianem (White Stork) Synagogue for the second time in Poland on 8th May.

Seven Gates of Jerusalem in Częstochowa
Krzysztof Penderecki’s music will resound at the closing the 20th Jubilee “Gaude Mater” International Festival of Sacred Music in Częstochowa on 6th May. The final concert will be performed under the baton of the Maestro himself, and its programme includes Penderecki’s Symphony No. 7 Seven Gates of Jerusalem.
